Online bill payment of your City of Clayton utility bill, zoning or any other city fees is now available.  Click here for more information.

If you would like to have your City of Clayton utility bill automatically debited from your checking or savings account, please print and fill out the attached form and submit it to the Clayton Government Center.

CITY OF CLAYTON SNOW EMERGENCY

The City Manager has declared a snow emergency for the entire City of Clayton.  Parking on city streets is prohibited and all parked vehicles must be removed from the street by 10:30 a.m. today, Tuesday, February 9.  Any vehicles left on public roadways are subject to citations and towing.

The snow emergency will remain in effect until Thursday, February 11 at 4:00 p.m.  Your cooperation will help us to better serve the community and keep our roadways open.

If so, the City would like to hear from you.  Please submit your questions to the following e-mail address AskClayton@clayton.oh.us and a staff person will respond to your questions usually within 72 hours.  Please be sure to include your name, address, e-mail and phone number in order for the City to respond to your question or concerns. If a group of your neighbors have the same questions, please include their names and contact information. After you receive a response if you would like to meet with City staff to discuss your issues, please call the Government Offices at 836-3500 to schedule a meeting.

Going Places: An Integrated Land Use Vision for the Miami Valley Region

GOING PLACES – An Integrated Land Use Vision for the Miami Valley Region is a regional initiative to bring people together to create a road map for the future of land development in the Miami Valley Region.

Currently the major focus is to collect information from people who live and work in the Region about what they envision for the future of the Region.

Do you have a vision for the Miami Valley Region in the year 2040? YOUR ideas and innovations are needed to help make the Miami Valley Region a better place to live, work and play! Come and join the Going Places discussion at any of the workshops in your area to share YOUR vision!

EASTER EGG HUNT

The City of Clayton is hosting their annual Easter Egg Hunt at Hardscrabble Park on Saturday, March 27 at Noon.  Children age ten and under are welcome to bring their baskets to gather the eggs, and for a chance to meet the Easter Bunny.  The hunt begins promptly at Noon, so  please plan to arrive 15 minutes early to line up.


RITA To Help Residents Complete their Clayton Taxes

RITA will have an associate available Thursday, March 11 from 11:00 am to 3:00 pm at the Clayton Government Center to assist residents in preparing their City of Clayton taxes.  If you would like to schedule an appointment, please call the Government Center at 836-3500.

Enrollment for Homestead Program

Homeowners Turning 65 in 2010 Have Until June 7th to Signup

Homeowners who turn 65 at any point in 2010 are eligible for the Homestead program and are encouraged to sign up with the Montgomery County Auditor.  Enrollment is open until June 7th and applications are available in the Auditor’s office or by calling 225-4341.
