Online bill payment of your City of Clayton utility bill, zoning or any other city fees is now available.  Click here for more information.


ACH Payment (Automated Clearing House)
If you would like to have your City of Clayton utility bill automatically debited from your checking or savings account, please print and fill out the attached form and submit it to the Clayton Government Center.

To pay your Montgomery County Water Services bill, their website link is www.mcohio.org/water, and their phone number is 937-781-2500.

If so, the City would like to hear from you.  Please submit your questions to the following e-mail address AskClayton@clayton.oh.us and a staff person will respond to your questions usually within 72 hours.  Please be sure to include your name, address, e-mail and phone number in order for the City to respond to your question or concerns. If a group of your neighbors have the same questions, please include their names and contact information. After you receive a response if you would like to meet with City staff to discuss your issues, please call the Government Offices at 836-3500 to schedule a meeting.

EMERGENCY NOTIFICATION SYSTEM

The City of Clayton is urging all citizens to register their cell phones and/or unlisted phone numbers with the Montgomery County’s Regional Dispatch Center’s Emergency Notification System.  The registration is free, takes only a few minutes to complete and updated contact numbers can be a huge benefit to police and fire departments if/when the need arises.  Click here for more information

Allied Waste is the name we are familiar with in the Dayton market, but they are transitioning over to the Republic Services name on their trucks and marketing material


2012 HOLIDAY
TRASH SCHEDULE

If your regularly scheduled trash service day falls on a major holiday, your scheduled service for trash removal will be one day later.  Allied Waste will recognize the following holidays during 2012, that fall on a weekday:

*  May 28, Memorial Day
*  July 4, 4th of July
*  September 3, Labor Day
*  November 22, Thanksgiving Day
*  December 25, Christmas Day

If the holiday falls on a weekend there is no delay in service.

PARK AND RECREATION MASTER PLAN

The City of Clayton has developed a Parks and Recreation Master Plan to serve as a guide upon which decisions related to the recreational goals and objectives of the city can be based.  The plan solidifies the city’s eligibility to apply for future state and federal grant opportunities, and will enable improvements to the cities recreational resources which may not occur otherwise.  Please click here to view the plan.
