What is the Clayton Fire & Rescue Association?
Pictured: 1967 Ford Sutphen Tanker is one of the last remaining fire apparatus from the Randolph Township Fire Department. The truck is operational and it is the hopes of the Association to restore it to it's original condition.
The Clayton Fire & Rescue Association was formed as a result of Randolph Township and the Village of Clayton merging and becoming what is now known as the City of Clayton. The association is a non-profit organization that is comprised of any employee of the City of Clayton as well as members of the Fire Department. The Association works throughout the year raising money so we can assist is supporting the less fortunate of the entire Northmont community. Money is raised from a variety of events including: à Annual golf outing at Meadowbrook Country Club à Parking at Northmont football games à Private donations à Various other small events We are proud to serve the City of Clayton and its residents in ways other than what is expected on a daily basis. Over the past 8 years we have provide holiday gifts and meals to over 100 families and 250 children. We have also supported many families that have been affected by fire and medical emergencies so that they may get there lives back on track as soon as possible.
