Fire Hydrant Flushing The City of Clayton will be conducting its annual fire hydrant flushing starting May 1st thru June. Why do we flush hydrants?
You may note some discoloration with the water. If that happens you will need to open your cold water tap and flush your house line until the water clears up. If you have any Questions please feel free to call our offices at 937-836-3500

The Clayton Fire Department The Clayton Fire Department is a dedicated combination department comprised of Fulltime, Part-time and Paid-on-Call personnel. Formed in 1998, the department is devoted to providing a professional fire and EMS based service, twenty-four hours a day to all of the residence as well as visitors to our great City.
