Department Goals and Responsibilities

This department is managed by the Assistant City Manager and is responsible for all personnel administration.


Personnel Administration
:  This division is responsible for Citywide personnel services, including recruitment and selection, classification and compensation, employee benefits, Workers’ Compensation, labor negotiations, training, maintenance and update of personnel records, and administering and enforcing all personnel rules, regulations, policies and procedures.
