  • O-R Office Residential District - Designed to compatibly accommodate residences, offices, and service facilities to support community needs. Chapter 1145
  • O-S Office Service District - Transitional areas between residential and commercial districts. Suitable for offices, institutional, governmental, and service businesses. Chapter 1147
  • GB General Business District - Designed for a variety of businesses. Chapter 1149
  • HS Highway Service District - Designed for commercial establishment that offer accommodations, supplies and services to the motoring public. Chapter 1151
  • O-I Office/Light Industrial District - This district is suitable for Research and Development operations as well as Office/Industrial uses. Chapter 1155
  • I General Industrial District - Designed to accommodate a broad range of Industrial activities with a heavier impact. Chapter 1157
  • PD-2 Planned Office District - Designed for office establishments. Residential and/or recreational uses may be part of the development plan. Chapter 1169
  • PD-3 Planned Business District - For retail and service establishments. Office, residential and/or recreational uses may be part of the development plan. Chapter 1169
