Staff ExpectationsTogether, the employees developed expectations that would govern their work environment. The theme that evolved from the discussions is that our work is completed through a team effort. In order to ensure the highest level of service possible, the staff created a list of expectations to keep in mind when completing work or acting as a representative of the city. The list emphasizes the importance of staying focused on the project or issue faced by the team and maintaining a team oriented approach to solving problems. The staff narrowed the list down to 10 essential expectations that are imperative to performing city jobs and responsibilities at a superior level. Please review the list below. The hope is that by all city employees keeping these expectations in mind, Clayton will continue to grow and prosper with employees being a fundamental support of that growth. 1.
