Village of North Clayton

Process of Approval

The Village of North Clayton is located in Clayton Improvement District #1 Overlay District (CIDI-O).  The Village of North Clayton has Development Standards as well as an Architectural Style Notebook specifically for the development.

Residential

  • Proposed residential development, additions or any improvements to properties would simply need to apply for a Zoning Certificate and submit appropriate plans.  Application is located here.

  • Proposed development would simply need to apply for a Zoning Certificate and submit appropriate plans.  Application is located here.  
  • Proposed commercial development would need to comply with Chapter 1171 of Clayton Codified Ordinance.
