The Clayton Fire Department offers First Aid and CPR classes to residents, local businesses and other local organizations. The classes follow the American Safety & Health Institute guidelines. Participants who successfully complete the training will receive a certification card which is valid for two years.
The First Aid and CPR class will last six hours and costs $25.00 for residents or individuals working at a Clayton business. The cost is $55.00 for non-residents or individuals working at a non-Clayton business. Payment can be made online from the link below or at the government center during normal business hours. Payment must be received prior to the date of the class. Because we need a minimum of five students to hold a class, there may be a waiting period before the class can start. Training will be held at Clayton's Government Center or staff may be able to come out to your facility. Classes are scheduled for the first Saturday of every month. If a holiday falls on that weekend, the class will occur the following weekend. Please see dates below.
If you have any questions, contact Battalion Chief Follick at 937-836-3500 ext. 151 or email Battalion Chief Follick. If you would like to enroll, please make a payment and application online here. A convenience fee will be added to the cost of your payment at check-out.
