The City of Clayton is proud to have formalized our partnership with the Montgomery County Land Bank in 2016. The Land Bank is a public authority that works in creative ways to eliminate blight and encourage redevelopment in Montgomery County communities. They promote the rehab and reuse of abandoned, tax-delinquent properties and foreclosed homes – a proven strategy for stabilizing property values and preventing the disinvestment that can spiral into widespread neighborhood decline. We've partnered with the Land Bank on Clayton's Comprehensive Land Use Plan Update as well as their NIP and
DIY Programs.
